  • Microsoft Adaptive Accessories Launch Support

Contributed design expertise to the debut of Microsoft’s Adaptive Accessories—an initiative centered on inclusivity and accessibility. Worked closely with brand and accessibility teams to ensure the visual and narrative rollout reflected the product’s empowering mission and innovative spirit.

  • Surface Accessories PDP Experience

Led design efforts across key Surface Accessories PDPs—including keyboards, pens, docks, and mice—to elevate both user experience and product storytelling. Focused on making technical specs and compatibility easier to navigate, while crafting visual layouts that guide users toward confident, purchase-ready decisions.

  • Data-Informed Design Optimization

Leveraged analytics platforms like ContentSquare to evaluate user interactions and pain points across Surface product pages. Collaborated with researchers and PMs to translate insights into design updates that improved engagement, click-through rates, and user satisfaction—ensuring our pages aren’t just beautiful, but also high-performing.
